Unit 6 Blues

Unit 6 was a bit challenging, by trying to get my research paper done. While I was in the process of collecting information for my research paper I had gotten sick, went to the hospital twice within two weeks, and been in bed for about a week total. Now I was wondering when things would get better, so I could get back to my school work and other activities that needed to be done. This was a hard couple of weeks for me but I am back in motion, and it feels good. I wrote about anxiety and its causes, and it really made me think about stress, because stress is one of the main causes of anxiety and panic attacks. I have to say this is a very interesting topic and I'm glad I wrote about it.
